  • Our region produces some of the best beef available in the country and we pride ourselves on sourcing ALL of our beef locally! You will be receiving product from one beef, and one beef only.

  • Humane handling is a high priority at Off The Hook. From the time the animal is received until it is dispatched, the animal is treated with respect and with as minimal distress as possible.

  • All beef product is dry aged for a minimum of 14 days. This concentrates the beef flavor and increases tenderness. You will taste the difference!

  • All of our cuts of meat are immediately vacuum sealed in 5 ml pouches to maintain freshness in your freezer.

    Ground beef is packaged in 1 lb. or 2 lbs. chub bags.

    Product is frozen and boxed ready for pick up.
