Fostering a Local Food System
We are a locally-owned butcher shop that strives to connect local livestock producers to area consumers.
Our service includes whole animal slaughtering and processing for beef, pork, lamb and goat.
Beef: $1.43 per pound
Pork: $1.50 per pound
Lamb/Goat: $3.15 per pound
Whole Animal Harvest and Custom Processing
This is determined from the rail weight of the carcass. Beef have a minimum hang-time of 14 days.
$2.00 per pound
Curing and Smoking
We do our own curing and smoking for pork products. This charge is calculated from the cut weight of the bacons and hams.

Whether you have grown up on freezer animals, or this is your first experience, we are proud to offer a quality meat product for your table.

We start with phenomenal locally raised livestock, and offer the consumer a final product that is customized and frozen solid for transport.

We pride ourselves on humane handling of livestock and quality of product. From the time the animal arrives at our facility, until it leaves as a frozen product we guarantee it has been handled with the highest standards of humane handling, sanitization, proper cooling and hygiene protocols and impeccable cutting and packaging.

Without a doubt, you will be receiving all of the animal product that you own. We have systems in place to ensure the carcass is labeled and accounted for from the drop off to pick up.
